Sales executive position
Sales are at the core of what we do here at Head Aero. So we are looking for an active new member to join our star-spangled team of sales executives at our office in the heart of Vilnius, Lithuania.
You will provide the world of aviation with the best deals in aftermarket services and products (engines, spare parts, maintenance services and etc.).

What you'll do
- Establish new connections and create new opportunities;
- Represent Head Aero in a professional manner;
- Create and develop short and long-term sales strategies;
- Ensure communication is translated into sold services that benefit both the customer and the company;
- Support trade fairs appearances and customer events.

What to bring
- Experience in global B2B sales with strong record of past deals;
- Higher education degree;
- Fluency in English is a must (other languages are an advantage);
- A proactive mindset with a knack for finding new opportunities;
- Ability and motivation to work autonomously;
- Strong interpersonal skills.
